Problems discovered since version 4.0.1 was tagged and released.

02 Jul 2000  A bug in xc/lib/GL/Imakefile and xc/include/Imakefile resulted
	     in an install failure when installing with DESTDIR set.  The fix
	     for this has been committed.
03 Jul 2000  A change to rman affected the way the HTML man page index files
             were generated.  A fix for this has been committed and the
	     online docs updated.
06 Jul 2000  Update Xinstall.sh to work with Linux ldconfig 2.1.3 as used
             on SuSE 6.4.  This fix has been committed.
06 Jul 2000  The xf-4_0_1-bindist tag has been added to the CVS repository.
             This marks version 4.0.1 plus the above fixes and some
             documentation updates.
